Henry Dunn: (President/CEO/COO)

Mr. Henry C. Dunn, son of Henry E. Dunn, joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in 1972 following his graduation from Bethel College, where he earned a BS in Business Administration. Mr. Dunn, President and Treasurer of Henry Dunn, Inc., is a licensed insurance and real estate broker, and he holds his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation in insurance. He has also had extensive training beyond his insurance broker’s license in Commercial Lines and Surety Bonds. He is a member of the PA Association of Realtors, Bradford County Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.
His community interests include former founder and Chairman of the Board of Northern State Bank; Board memberships of Memorial Hospital, Inc., serving on the Executive and Finance Committees; Legacy Bank; Martha Lloyd Community Services, where he is the treasurer and former finance chairman; Central Bradford County Economic Development Board; Northern Tier Counseling; Bradford County Regional Arts Council, where he is also treasurer and finance chairman; and, Trustee of Guthrie Healthcare Systems, where he is a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Dunn is also on the executive committee of the Five Rivers Counsel Andaste District (Boy Scouts). His club affiliations include: the Williamsport Consistory 32nd Degree, Towanda Country Club, Shepard Hills Country Club, Twin Tier Racquet Club, and the Elmira City Club. He is past president of the Chamber of Commerce and also past president and vice-president of the Towanda Area Jaycees, being voted their Outstanding Young Man in 1981, in appreciation of his outstanding service to Community, State and Country. He has also been a past director of the Red Cross, past P.T.G. president, past board member of Pennsylvania Appalachian Capital Alliance, and past deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Towanda.

Hank Dunn: (Vice-President/Secretary)

Henry E. Dunn II, joined the Agency in 1993 and is licensed as an insurance agent and a real estate agent. Mr. Dunn is Vice President/Secretary of the corporation, and his insurance sales emphasis has been directed toward property and casualty in both personal and commercial lines. He is a graduate of the USF&G School of Insurance, and has successfully completed the Dale Carnegie School in 1998. Hank’s continuing education has been directed toward a broad spectrum of insurance courses.
His area community involvement includes former Director of the Central Bradford Chamber of Commerce, past board member Northern State Bank, member of the Bradford County Industrial Management Club, and member of the Towanda Country Club.

Bryant Dunn: (Producer)

Bryant joined the Henry Dunn team in 2007 as a licensed producer. He has also received his certification for completion of the “Planning To Win” course at the Wharton School of Business – University of Pennsylvania. Bryant is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. While attending he majored in Labor & Industrial Relations with a Business Minor. He was apart of the Penn State golf club team and is a life time member of the Penn State alumni association. On his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing tennis, and coaching soccer. 

Sarah Dunn: (Broker Associate)

Sarah has been in the real estate business for 25 years. She owned her own office from 1987 to 1995. In 1995 she sold the business and came to work for Henry Dunn Inc. she is a broker associate, GRI, active in our local board of REALTORS, serving as the board president in 2001,Past chairperson to MLS and Grievance, RPAC committees. A past recipient of REALTOR of The Year ; in 1999 she was awarded a distinguish service award from our Local board of REALTORS. She served on Board of Directors on PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors) In 2007 earned CSP designation, Certified Staging Professional. The staging business named; Real Estate Staging by Sarah will add value to any property listed with her. She has a wonderful husband Henry four children and three grandchildren. Her past times are golf and tennis, and enjoy's her Georgia home.

Melinda Alderson: (Asst. Bookkeeper)

Melinda joined the Henry Dunn Agency in 2003 at Home office. She works in the accounting department and helps with technical support. Melinda is married with two children. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Tom Brecher: (Producer)

Tom Joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in 2005. He is currently licensed as an Insurance Producer and a Real Estate Salesperson. Tom is working towards his Real Estate Appraisal License and should be completed in 2008. He also enjoys to golf and fish.

Jodi Butters: (Underwriter & Renewals)

Jodi began working for the Williamsport Branch of Henry Dunn Inc. in November of 2003. Shortly after joining the agency she became a licensed insurance agent. Along with selling insurance, she also does service work for our current personal lines customers. Outside of work Jodi enjoys taking long walks and spending time with her family and friends.

Craig Clark (Producer/Regional Vice President)

Craig J Clark joined the Henry Dunn agency in 2002. He is the Regional Vice President and works out of the Harleysville office and also serves as a commercial lines producer. The majority of his attention has been directed toward property and casualty insurance. Craig serves on the PLANET (Professional Land Care Network) insurance and safety committee also known as STARS. Craig is also an active member of the PLNA (Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association), the National Safety Council, and PLANET. He specializes in insurance for the greens industry (garden centers, landscapers, and nurseries) and speaks throughout the year at Penn State University, the Nursery Conference at Penn State, and the MAHTS (Mid Atlantic Hardscaping Trade Show).
In his free time Craig enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, attending Philadelphia sporting events, and spending time with his wife and five children. He is a member of the Boyertown Rod & gun club, coaches girls softball, and attends Most Blessed Sacrament Church.

Tony DiPrinzio: (Producer/Harleysville Office Manager)

Tony has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. since 2002. He works as a commercial lines producer out of our Harleysville office. He’s licensed in property & casualty, and life accident and health. Tony received his Certified Insurance Counselors designation in 1999. Tony is a graduate of Rider University, where he was Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Science: Finance Major, and Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science: Accounting Major. Tony is happily married to his wife Nicole and has three children: Anthony, Elizabeth, and Alexander. He is also involved heavily in his community. Tony is a part of the Collections Committee for St Catherine of Siena Church Horsham, PA, President of Montco Investment Stock Club, Youth Soccer Coach: Horsham Soccer Association, and Little League Coach : Horsham Little League. On his free time Tony enjoys playing with his kids, fishing, golfing, and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Dave Eakin: (Vice President/Producer)

Dave started with Henry Dunn, Inc in November 2002. Dave brings 23 years of insurance knowledge and experience to the Henry Dunn, Inc. team. Dave is the Vice President/Branch Manager for the Williamsport and Harleysville offices.  Dave’s hobbies include running the railroad with his Speeder and traveling the countryside.  He also serves on the Montgomery Borough Water/Sewer Authority, Clinton Twp. Planning Commission, and several committees at a local church.

Robin has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. for nine years and has worked in insurance for 18 years. Robin works in our Sayre Branch where she is a personal line CSR.

Mary Evans: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR)  

Mary has been with Henry Dunn, Inc since 1998. She works in our Sayre office. She has been in the insurance industry for 28 years. Mary is a personal line CSR. She lives in Waverly, NY with her husband Terry. Their daughter, Sherri is in the Army, and their son, Todd, is serving with the US Army. They also have a lovely daughter-in-law. Mary enjoys being with her family, reading, and taking care of her animals.

Kathy E. Fisk: (Employee Benefits Specialist/Executive Assistant) 

Kathy joined the Employee Benefits department at Henry Dunn, Inc., in 2003, bringing with her several years of insurance expertise.  Kathy is a graduate of Elmira Business Institute, and is a licensed insurance producer in Pennsylvania.  Kathy has been active as a volunteer in numerous community children’s groups (wrestling, soccer, and church activities).  She is also a volunteer for People Helping People and Toys for Tots, as well as an organizer of the Pennsylvania Wrestling Coaches’ Convention.  Kathy is currently an Executive Assistant and Employee Benefits Specialist at Henry Dunn, Inc., in our Towanda, Pennsylvania office.  She lives in Wyalusing with her husband, Walt, and their two sons, Josh (Lock Haven University) & Matt (Lehigh University).

Joan Grover: (Receptionist)

Joan joined Henry Dunn, Inc. on March 1st of 2004 as receptionist at the corporate headquarters in Towanda. She has also received a clerical skills certificate from Bradford County Action. Joan is the youngest of thirteen children, mother of 4, and step-mother of 4 more. She resides in the little village of New Era with husband Ben. Joan is the assistant treasurer and member of Moxie Community Church. She enjoys walking, crocheting, reading, quiet times, and going to the beach. Her favorite season is fall.

Irene Hoover: (Commercial Lines Underwriter)

Irene started working in Williamsport in 1991 and Henry Dunn purchased the agency in 2002. Irene started her career in the insurance industry in 1980 purely by chance in what she thought was an interesting opportunity.  Irene underwrites and places commercial accounts with all of our valued companies.  The insurance industry has given her the opportunity to gain knowledge every day.  Irene believes it is a challenge to be able to mold a commercial prospect into a very profitable client. She lives in a small rural area outside of Mill Hall.  Irene also has a love for gardening.  Her interests are in flowers such as perennials, but always needs to have the annuals for quick color.  Between the dogs and cats there is never a dull moment at her home. Sherry Jackson: (Commercial Lines Producer/CSR)

Sherry joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in 2006. She works in our Home office in Towanda, where she is a commercial line CSR.  Sherry has lived in the Towanda area all her life. She is married with two children and has a dog named “Taz”.  Sherry enjoys spending time with her family.  When she is not running her kids to sporting events and activities, she enjoys walking along the river.

Lisa Jensen: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR)

Lisa joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in April of 2003. Lisa works in our home office in Towanda. She is a personal line CSR who is very dedicated to her work and clients. Outside of the office, she is an Avon Representative and a Computer Software Specialist.  Most of her time at home is spent with her husband and three children.  Other than spending time with her family, she enjoys reading, gardening, walking, and exercise.

Patty Kline: (Employee Benefits Specialist Manager)

Patty joined the Henry Dunn Agency in December of 1989.  She received her Life and Health license in 1991 and assumes responsibilities in the agency as an Employee Benefits Specialist. Patty relocated to our Williamsport office in January of 2005 and resides in Montoursville with her husband.  She is the mother of two; enjoys reading, music, dancing and golf.

Paul E. Kreischer: (Vice President/Commercial Lines Manager)

Paul is Vice President of Henry Dunn, Inc. and previous owner of Ransoms Insurance Agency. He joined the Agency following the merger in January 1991.  Mr. Kreischer is a graduate of the Towanda Area High School and Jacksonville State University with a bachelors in Business Administration.  Mr. Kreischer has concentrated his continuing education in commercial insurance and risk management.  Mr. Kreischer has served on Agent Advisory Boards for numerous Insurance companies and is a member of the Brokers panel for the Pennsylvania School Board Association.  His community interests and affiliations include member and past president of South Mountain Hunting Club, Towanda Country Club, Towanda Rifle & Pistol Club, and member and past president of the Central Bradford Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Kreischer currently is the board president of the Central Bradford Progress Authority, the Central Bradford Industrial Development Authority, and Central Bradford Industrial Development Corporation.  He is a member of the Workforce Investment Board, and a member of the Full Commission of the Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission.  Mr. Kreischer was previously named Outstanding Citizen by the Central Bradford Progress Authority.

Laurie Lundy: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR) 

Laurie joined Henry Dunn, Inc in March of 1991 as a receptionist in the Towanda home office.  She obtained her insurance license in 1997 and took the position of Customer Service Representative/Insurance Producer. She works in the personal lines department selling and servicing all lines of property and casualty insurance. Laurie is married with three children ages 20, 16 and 13.  She has lived in this area all her life and lives near the main family homestead.  Her true passion is flower gardening. James Michel: (Producer) 

Jim joined our team in January of 2008. Jim is licensed as an insurance producer and is excited about the opportunity to service his new clients. He also is excited in joining a well experienced agency. He brings a successful four year career as a salesman for Delaware Valley Bobcat to Henry Dunn, Inc. On Jim’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family coaching his Son and Daughter in the Great Valley Little League, and hunting. Donna Potter: (Comptroller & Office/Financial/Automation Manager of the Agency)

Donna joined the staff in May 1977 after working for the USDA, Farmers Home Administration for 7½ years. She began her career with Henry Dunn, Inc. as a personal lines & commercial lines Customer Service Representative. In August 1985, she obtained her Agent's license in Property & Casualty and was promoted to Office Manager. In March 1986 she attended The Travelers Personal Lines School, and, in December 1986, their Commercial Lines School, both held in Hartford, CT. Upon taking over the bookkeeping position of the agency in 1985, she continued her education by completing several financial and accounting courses through Penn State. In addition to being the Office Manager, she became the Agency’s Comptroller and its computer system administrator in 1989. She has seen the Agency go though many stages of growth and advancement in technology. She was an active member of the Towanda Business & Professional Women's Club from 1978 to 1991, serving as their treasurer for 6 years, and vice president for 1 year. She was named their Woman of the Year of 1987. Donna also served as a volunteer for the Red Cross for 5 years.

Robert (Peru) Ramsauer: (Producer)

Peru has been in the insurance industry for 21 years. He started with Henry Dunn Inc in November of 2002. Peru writes all lines of insurance from life, disability, and long term care. Peru’s emphasis is in the commercial and personal property insurance. On his free time Peru enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. Kimberly Robinson: (Commercial Lines/CSR)

Kim has been in the insurance business since 1988 & with Henry Dunn Inc. since 2002. She is apart of the Commercial Lines Department in the Williamsport office. She also is a Certified Insurance Service Representative.

Mary Schlott: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR)  

Mary has been inside sales and customer service associate for 27 years. She is licensed in property & casualty insurance.  She joined the Henry Dunn team six years ago. Mary also is an accomplished artist which enhances her interest in antiques. She has two children and four grandchildren. She also is involved in church and community events. Mary is married to Ronald Schlott and has been a lifetime resident of the Zelienople and Harmony area.

Ron Schlott: (Producer)

Ron has been in the insurance industry since 1967 and with Henry Dunn Inc. for six years.  He has held supervisory positions with previous Insurance companies, namely staff manager, regional manager, and qualified many times as a country wide sales leader. Ron is a graduate of LUTC, and has completed many other insurance courses over the years. His hobbies and interests are sports, softball, golf and bowling. He also is a coach/player in softball, and the president of our local church bowling league. He is married to Mary E. Schlott and they have two children and four grandchildren. They both have been lifetime residents of the Zelienople and Harmony area.   

Colleen Sharkey: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR)

Colleen joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in October of 2006. She works in our Harleysville office as a Commercial and Personal Lines Producer. She started her career in the insurance industry at Prudential in 1996. Lori Shaw: (Commercial Lines Producer/CSR)

Lori has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. since 2005. She is a Commercial Customer Service Representative. She also has been licensed since 1991 in property and casualty. Sue Stackhouse: (Producer)

Sue has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. since 2004. Sue assists clients with setting up safety committees and works with employers on control of claims.  Sue has 22 years of experience with commercial and personal lines insurance inclusive of being a Workers Compensation adjuster for a national insurance company that she has brought to Henry Dunn, Inc.  She has organized public seminars that have included Workplace Violence, Emergency Preparedness, Fraud, and a variety of Workers Compensation concerns from how to handle an initial injury to the litigation process.  Sue has achieved insurance designations from the Insurance Institute of America for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).  Associates in Claims (AIC), and is currently working on a designation for Associates in Risk Management (ARM).   Sue has been a member of the Claims Steering Committee for the Bureau of Workers Compensation since 2004.   
Community Service includes active involvement on Board of Directors for the Williamsport Branch of the River Valley Regional YMCA, Board of Directors for Valley View Nursing Home, and the Board of Trustees for Leadership Lycoming. Donna Starmer: (Commercial Lines Producer/CSR)

Donna just recently took a position with Henry Dunn, Inc. in the Towanda office as a Commercial Lines CSR. She has had her Agent’s/Broker’s license since 1978.   Donna has two children, Bryan age 21 and Brianna age 18, both in college.  Her children had always consumed most of her free time.  The only hobby she has at the moment is reading.   Now that Donna has more time, she is looking forward to remodeling her home. Donna’s favorite quote is, “Hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.”  -Anonymous.   

Paul Sweitzer (Real Estate Appraiser and Associate Broker/Producer)

Paul has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. since 1986 in the Towanda office. He is a certified Real Estate Appraiser and associate Real Estate broker. He also is an insurance producer. Paul’s community interests include Towanda country club member, Towanda Borough councilman, Central Bradford Progress Authority member, Vice President of Service Inc., Towanda Water and Sewer Authority, Beacon Light, First Presbyterian Church, Bradford County board of Realtors, and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. On Paul’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Stacy Swift: (Assistant Office Manger)

Stacy has been with Henry Dunn since 2007. Stacy brings five years of experience in the insurance industry, where she works as a CSR in our Harleysville office. Stacy is also married and has two wonderful children. Stacy’s favorite quote is, “Be who you are, not who you want to be.”

Christine Uhl: (Personal Lines Producer/CSR)  

Christine has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. since 2003. She works in our Sayre office as a personal line CSR and receptionist. Christine is also married, has three sons, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching football and baseball, as well as attending different events involving her grandchildren. Michele Vandernoth: (Commercial lines Producer/CSR)

Michele joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in 2006. She works in our Harleysville office where she is a commercial line CSR. Kristen Vigil: (Commercial Lines Assistants)

This is Kristen’s third year with the Henry Dunn team, as a part-time receptionist.  She is in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday’s.  Maria Whitner and Kristen share the receptionist position; she is in the office on Monday’s and Thursday’s. Kristen enjoys the rapport she has developed with our customers, and strives to make them feel “at home” with our staff.  When she’s not in the office, she keeps busy with her two young children. As often as possible, Kristen engages in volunteer bible ministry work as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  She also enjoys active sports such as hiking, snow boarding, and volleyball. Jane Watson: (Personal Lines Manager/Branch Manager)

Jane joined Henry Dunn, Inc. in August of 1999. She has become our Personal Lines Manager for the agency. Jane also has 35 years of insurance knowledge that she brings to the table. She has since been promoted to Branch Manager of the Sayre Office along with maintaining her role as personal lines manager.
She is the Athens Township Auditor and has been for over 10 years. Jane also is secretary of the Athens Township Bicentennial Historical Committee. She is secretary of the Athens Township Business Association. A past Sunday school teacher and also the Athens Area School ski club advisor for over 10 years. Jane in the past was very involved with the Athens Area Band Boosters and Athens Area Football Booster Club. Jody Winston: (Commercial Lines Producer/CSR)

Jody has been with Henry Dunn, Inc. for 17 years. Jody is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative for the Towanda office. She worked at a local bank as a Commercial Loan Officer prior to joining Henry Dunn, Inc. in 1990.  Jody also is married with 2 children and a grand-puppy.
